We are hiring an AI/ML Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience to
spearhead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems. The
ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Data Science, Machine
Learning, Deep Learning, and Gen AI, with hands-on experience in Computer
Vision, NLP, and Time Series Forecasting. This is a leadership role,
requiring both technical depth and the ability to guide a team.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Developer – R&D, you will be responsible
for:
- Developing
and deploying machine learning models to enhance features in HRMS, HMIS,
and CMS applications.
- Designing
and implementing predictive analytics algorithms for workforce management,
healthcare insights, and content personalization.
- Collaborating
with cross-functional teams to identify, prototype, and deploy innovative
AI/ML solutions.
- Analyzing
large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights
relevant to HR, healthcare, and education sectors.
- Researching
and proposing new technologies and methodologies to improve system
efficiency and user experience.
- Presenting
R&D findings during reviews and contributing to team knowledge
sharing.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Educational
Background: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science,
Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical
Expertise:
- Proficiency
in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong
understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and
data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience
with predictive modeling, recommendation systems, or anomaly detection.
- Knowledge
of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying ML
solutions.
- Domain
Knowledge:
- Familiarity
with HRMS, HMIS, or CMS systems is highly preferred.
- Ability
to adapt ML solutions to domain-specific challenges in workforce
analytics, patient care, or content management.
- Soft
