Job Description: Implementation & Support Engineer
3–5 Years
Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of Educational and Healthcare business processes.
Hands-on exposure to client implementations in ERP/CRM/Healthcare/Academic systems.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Database: MySQL / MS SQL – database design, query optimization, stored procedures, backup & restore.
Reporting Tools: Jasper Reports / Crystal Reports – design, customization, and integration.
Additional Technical Knowledge (Good to Have)
Basic Linux/Windows Server administration.
Exposure to web-based applications and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client implementations – from requirement gathering to deployment.
Handle application deployment and database management (installation, configuration, maintenance).
Design and customize reports (Jasper/Crystal) as per client needs.
Conduct client communication, training, and provide ongoing support.
Create and maintain technical & functional documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
Ready for onsite implementation and client-facing responsibilities.
